Second day, Read Matthew 18:1-5
Q3
a. What change did Jesus say is needed to enter the kingdom of heaven?
Who need to change to be humble like a little child to enter the kingdom of heaven.
b. What do the following verses say about this change?
Matthew 5:3-4
3 “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
4 Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.
John 1:12-13
12 Yet to all who received him, to those who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God— 13 children born not of natural descent, nor of human decision or a husband’s will, but born of God.
God gave the right to who believe in his name become children of God. Born of God.
John 3:3-6
3 In reply Jesus declared, “I tell you the truth, no one can see the kingdom of God unless he is born again.”
4“How can a man be born when he is old?” Nicodemus asked. “Surely he cannot enter a second time into his mother’s womb to be born!”
5 Jesus answered, “I tell you the truth, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless he is born of water and the Spirit. 6Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit.
To see the kingdom of God we must be born again in the water and the Spirit.

a. Read Mark 9:33-35. What did Jesus say to those who wanted to be first?
 If anyone wants to be first, he must be the very last, and the servant of all.”
b. Read Luke 18:9-14. What is the key virtue of true spiritual greatness?
To be humble.

a. Read Psalm 131:1-2; Matthew 11:25 and 1 John 2:1. To whom did Jesus refer as little children?
Little children are Jesus’ followers they are God’s chosen people who humble themselves and depend on God totally.
b. Read Luke 9:46-48. What types of people might be the “least among you”? What are some specific ways you could practice what Jesus said here?
“least among you “ means the one practices humility always. And to deny ourselves and pray from time to time are some ways of it.
c. Whom do you also welcome when you welcome “little children”?
To welcome “little children” in the name of Jesus equal to welcome Jesus, as well as welcome God.
