Moses’ faith increased so he answered Pharaoh firmly; “Just as you say” “I will never appear before you again.” It shows that he’s confident with what he says also his words became more wise and sharp.

b.
"No", Generally, sickness is not the consequence of a particular sin that a person committed. Sickness is not the result of personal sin. It is the consequence from Adam's and Eve's original sin. It is a consequence of man's separation from God.
In John 9:1-3 As he went along, he saw a man blind from birth. 2 His disciples asked him, “Rabbi, who sinned, this man or his parents, that he was born blind?”
3 “Neither this man nor his parents sinned,” said Jesus, “but this happened so that the works of God might be displayed in him.
Sometime "Yes", in Genesis 12:17 But the Lord inflicted serious diseases on Pharaoh and his household because of Abram’s wife Sarai. Similar things happened again in Exodus.
